Loft Gustav

Unique loft in the backyard of a café. The location is in direct proximity to the Schwabstraße S-Bahn station. From Tuesday to Saturday you can rent this unusual, open workshop room. With rows of chairs there is room for up to 30 people, for working at the table there is room for a maximum of 14 participants.

The object consists of an approx. 40 sqm large room in industrial look. Through its large windows on the side as well as in the roof a lot of daylight gets into the meeting room. Here you can not only perfectly organize a team meeting or a workshop with your employees, but also invite external partners, because the whole location is very fancy representative.

Optionally, food and drinks can be purchased from the associated café. For presentation purposes, a flipchart and a large 65-inch screen and a presentation case are available.

Breaks can be spent outdoors in the café's adjoining garden/courtyard. Please note that depending on the time of day, guests of the café may also be in the courtyard and may be heard in the loft. The loft can be booked for groups of six or more from Tuesday to Friday from 09:00 to 18:00 and on Mondays on request. A visit in advance is possible at any time by appointment.
