LAB 18 - Raum für Kreativität, Innovation und Zukunft

LAB 18 is a "space" for creativity, innovation and the future.

Very close to the Munich city center and yet in the middle of greenery, directly at the Nymphenburg Castle Canal, only 5 minutes away from the castle park. From the windows you look into gardens and onto the palace canal. And you will encounter fresh flowers and plants everywhere in the rooms or in our garden.

Here, ideas can emerge and mature, plans can be forged, iterations can take place and a core spirit can emerge in the team.
With classic methods or agile approaches. LAB 18 is technically and creatively prepared for (almost) anything. Need some inspiration? With pleasure. In our rooms, visitors and guests have access to a selected future library.
Individual or group work in walk & talk format? Simply start directly in front of the front door for a round around the canal.

We shouldn't forget to talk about our terrific catering, much appreciated by visitors: Lots of choice and variety, great treats, vegetarian or even with. Everything in BIO quality.

LAB 18 offers you several rooms to choose from:

First the loft with 110 sqm total area with a room of about 80 sqm, an adjoining working kitchen of about 15 sqm and our dialogue room of about 8 sqm.
The loft also includes beautiful large terrace and a small garden.
And then there is the office with a room of approx. 45 sqm with two working islands and a swing as well as the chill out room with 6 sqm with a casual couch and a small working table.
