The hundred-year-old brick building with its old iron gates is part of Aachen's industrial past. Today, carefully restored, it forms the setting for a modern restaurant: La Fabrik Anyone who wants to spend a pleasant evening in a cosy and exciting environment, pampered by a highly motivated service and cooking team, has come to the right place. Our cuisine emphasises quality, fresh food and its artisanal and innovative preparation. Since the restaurant opened in January 2024, we have been going through an exciting start-up phase. Our team of "old hands" and newcomers is thrilled by the huge wave of reservation requests and enquiries for parties and events that we receive every day. Already highly motivated, we also benefit from the numerous positive feedbacks from our guests, as well as from friendly suggestions for improvement. In spring, our beer garden reopens and invites you to visit in pleasant temperatures. From here you have a very special view of the historic and modernised facades of Fritz Scheibler's former machine factory and, right next door, of one of the oldest railway viaducts in Germany.
