The KuFanauten have been providing culture on the Lower Rhine since 1983. But we can do much more! Whether it's a company party, incentive event, press conference or product presentation - we look forward to realising your wishes in our unique atmosphere on Dießemerstraße.

HISTORY

Since 1995, the former sales hall of the Krefeld abattoir has served as an event venue for the popular cultural hotspot. The two event halls with capacities of 900 and 280 visitors respectively (total capacity of the KuFa including outdoor area approx. 1500) are suitable for a wide variety of events. There is also a spacious outdoor area where the beach and beer garden are open in summer, providing space for many more guests.

Even though a number of necessary conversions and modernisations have been carried out over the years, the unique industrial atmosphere of the old abattoir has been retained. Many original parts, such as lamps and meat scales, ensure that lovers of the retro-industrial style get their money's worth. Coupled with state-of-the-art event technology, this makes the Kulturfabrik a unique location that can hold its own against the offerings in neighbouring cities.
