On 15 October 2021, our new restaurant opened its doors with a modern interpretation of Italian and Alpine cuisine.

The JUSTUS offers delicious, honest cuisine without a lot of frills. Whether for a meal in a larger group, a lively evening with friends or as the crowning glory after a visit to the Boulevardtheater - everyone is welcome here to satisfy their appetite and quench their thirst.

A harmonious interplay of four culinary pillars forms the backbone of our honest, delicious Italian & Alpine cuisine. The JUSTUS is by no means rustic, but urban and modern, with a mix of tradition and innovation - in keeping with the overall "Lebensquartier" concept in Woltmershausen.

With a gastronomic mix of the familiar and the new as well as a cosy interior, we conjure up a culinary experience that makes you feel good and makes you want to linger. It goes without saying that we attach great importance to the quality and regionality of our ingredients.

Parking is available directly on site in the MOBI 1 multi-storey car park with access via Am Tabakquartier.

ITALIAN cuisine forms the first culinary pillar. Our focus is on genuine Italian cuisine. For our pasta dishes, we only use fresh pasta from the group's own pasta factory, which is rounded off with aromatic sauces, sugos, herbs and oils. The thin base for our pizzas & tarte flambée, baked in a stone oven, with a fluffy, crispy edge, forms a wonderful contrast to the savoury, juicy topping.

GERMANY, AUSTRIA and SWITZERLAND stand for the three other culinary pillars and complete the gastronomic concept. Whether it's a tender, smoky meat skewer from the Robata grill, a butter-tender braised ox cheek or simply a tasty snack, the Alpine cuisine perfectly satisfies the desire to feast and savour.
