Located in the middle of Munich's Glockenbachviertel, yet absolutely quiet in the backyard. On a total area of 320 m² and a room height of 4-6 m even elaborate decorative buildings can be realized. The windows face south-west, so the room is flooded with light during the day. In general, black molleton curtains hang from the windows, which reliably block the dreamlike daylight when needed. The studio is located at ground level and has a 250cm x 250cm entrance door, therefore a comfortable delivery of even large decoration parts is guaranteed. The studio has an original stucco ceiling in the barrel vault. The oak parquet flooring is equipped with a highly effective underfloor heating system, which laundry models appreciate very much during the winter months.
