The space is great for Filming, Birthday Parties, Fundraisers, and more. The space is available on a first come first basis and only on weekends. The rate is $250/hr. Our space is $250/hr which only includes the basketball court. Our availability is Saturday/Sunday from 10:00-6:00pm. We have 11 parking spots available in the back. There is plenty of street parking (metered) but Sunday's are free. The school also has 2 spots available in the front.
Cleaning costs

The venue has no VAT obligation.
