Our rooms with approx. 320 square metres of floor space are located on the 3rd and 4th floors with a lift. Our guests can expect a waiting and cloakroom area in the glass house, a spacious, open-plan kitchen and lounge area and 2 bathrooms with showers. The space also includes 3 treatment and coaching rooms as well as our seminar room with roof terrace:
A meeting room with seating for up to 4 people and approx. 13 sqm, for individual or couple counselling. Hypnotherapy or similar.
Our LoveRoom has an area of approx. 32 square metres. It has a 3 x 3 metre massage mat and is reserved exclusively for massages and body therapy.
Our LifeRoom has an area of approx. 32 square metres. It has a 2 x 2 metre massage mat and a mobile massage bench. It is also very suitable for hypnosis counselling or other healing work, but can also be set up for smaller seminars for up to 12 participants.
Our seminar room with approx. 60 square metres is a glass dome with air conditioning on the 4th floor, with approx. 100 square metres of roof terrace and a 180 degree panoramic view. Equipped with professional audio and video technology. Conceivable use for e.g. seated seminars or lectures with up to 26 chairs in a class of its own. Body-orientated seminars such as tantra training, massage training or yoga for up to 18 participants. Of course we also offer you the necessary equipment such as AIREX mats, meditation cushions, yoga mats, blankets etc....
Our unique premises can be rented by the hour, day, week or even month.

Very good!
It is 24 minutes by S-Bahn from the main railway station to the Haar stop without changing trains and then a 7-minute walk.
Our institute is located approx. 2.5 km from the A99 motorway, Haar exit. By car, you will find our own customer parking spaces as well as numerous parking spaces in front of the building or in the free underground car park 50 metres away.
