THE LOCATION

To create an exclusive and very private atmosphere, there is only one group at a time on the entire property.

You have your own nature park and almost 700,000m2 of woods and meadows at your disposal. The retreat space itself comprises a 500m2 location embedded in an old stable building. The largest area of this is a 250m2 feel-good room with underfloor heating and fully equipped workshop & work areas as well as chill-out areas, an open-plan kitchen and dining area with fireplace. The former stable building is surrounded by an idyllic outdoor area with pool, sauna, hot tub, yoga terrace, a vintage car garage with BBQ and conference equipment and much more.

ROOMS

On the upper floor there are five bedrooms for two people each, which can be reached via spiral staircases.

Each box has been individually orientated so that a large panoramic window frames a very special section of nature. A bed placed directly in front of the window invites you to let your gaze wander and find peace in the unspoilt natural surroundings. The boxes on the top level impress with their far-reaching views over the entire valley as far as the Italian-Slovenian border. The 3 boxes on the middle level look out over an enchanted and wild wooded area with a pond. The 4 forest and panorama rooms are between 10 and 16m2 and have their own modern bathroom with WC and shower. The rooms were deliberately designed in a minimalist style, but with great attention to detail and designer furniture accents.
