Around 1795, the Restaurant & Hotel Hirsch in Hügelsheim was the hunting lodge of the then Margrave of Baden and still combines hearty hospitality and the typical Baden tradition.

For years we have been spoiling our guests in spring with local asparagus in different variations, which has been grown in Hügelsheim for generations and is served dew-fresh. In autumn, we also offer game dishes from local hunts.
