The HanseLab is a creative space for agile and networked work in teams and groups. The spatial environment has a strong influence on the innovative strength of teams. To create something that is new or original and at the same time useful or usable, the spatial environment plays an important role. Our intelligent spatial design releases energy and promotes the creativity of individuals and teams. Our spaces are the ideal place for developing solutions and ideas.

The sprint area

... offers everything you need to work in parallel and yet networked in several small teams of up to 5 people.

The Plenary

... serves to bring groups together and to exchange team results.

The Recreation

... is the living room of the HanseLab and, together with the kitchen, the place to blow the whistle and chat.

As change coaches, we offer methodical support for workshops and projects. In seminars and trainings, we coach participants to develop future-proof skills and competencies in the areas of agility, systemic organisational development and mindfulness. Our goal is to empower people in companies and non-profit organisations to accompany change and transformation projects.
