Halle 104 - Studio and Hall

We offer you our beautiful space for your most creative projects or for an unforgettable event.

We have two large, modern and bright rooms with a ceiling height of 5.4 metres and a surface area of 100 m2 and 105 m2 respectively, located next to each other. Both rooms also have 2.5 metre high mezzanine floors, each with an area of approx. 30 m2, which allow an equally wide view into each room.

The spaces of modern industrial architecture are well located in the former Clouth rubber factory in Cologne-Nippes and combine the history of the site with modern, flexible commercial lofts. The spaces include charging stations for electric cars and communal parking spaces in a publicly accessible underground car park.
