.GUT Am Flughafen 1 is collaboration centre where 14 start-ups are working together to develop solutions for the city of the future. Our building is the former air freight hall at Berlin-Tegel Airport TXL. On over 20,000m2 laboratories, production facilities, offices, workshop rooms, a large community kitchen and event areas are located.
Our event spaces are particularly suitable for organisations looking for a context regarding sustainability for their event. The special location creates the feeling of being offsite and in the city at the same time. Easy access to public traffic and a bus station just right outside the building save travel and accomodation costs.
The building is an industrial monument that was carefully renovated by GRAFT Architekten (BRLO Brewhouse, Admiralspalast, POP Kudamm, etc.) and Studio Aisslinger (Hotel 25hours). We offer multiple rooms and a full infrastructure with media technology, catering and furniture on spot.
