The Glückauf-Halle moves people. Here, sneakers squeak at the numerous sporting events, high school graduates dance for joy at their graduation and collectors exchange long awaited finds at fairs. And thanks to its special location in the west of Duisburg, the hall in the heart of Homberg even brings together guests from two regions: the Ruhr and the Lower Rhine.
You can look forward to a varied show and stage program ranging from theater and drama performances to sports events, trade fairs and conferences.
With up to 492 seats, 405 of which are in the side gallery and 240 available seats, 96 of which are in the head gallery, the Glückauf-Halle holds up to 732
spectators.
For theatre and drama performances with theatre seating, the hall also offers seating for about 572 visitors.
The hall parquet flooring is at ground level for disabled persons and wheelchair users and is accessible via a ramp in the entrance area. The galleries are only accessible via stairs.
