Gasthaus "Die Besenkammer"

Our inn "Die Besenkammer" is idyllically situated in the beautiful Leerbacher Tal valley, close to the town of Osterode.
Over the last few years, the inn has been lovingly renovated, fully equipped with every detail, right down to the napkin, and can now be used in a variety of ways for your event.

"Die Besenkammer" is perfect for events of all kinds - from coaching groups to yoga classes to seminars. Idyllically situated, the inn invites you into nature.

The inn itself has a 32 m² fully-inventoried kitchen with cold storage and freezer. The 43 m² wooden guest room (broom closet) with 32 seats is extremely cosy and yet young furnished.

The building impresses with its generous lounge areas; the 60 m² lounge with a large fireplace indoors with another 20 seats.

Outside there are 2 large terraces. The lower terrace has its own outdoor bar. Both enjoy a fantastic view of nature. In total, there is room for another 80 seats.

At the small lake there is an additional roofing for barbecues and other events.

The Besenkammer can be summed up in one philosophy: Luxury today is no longer defined by wealth, but by the enjoyment of sustainability, well-being and being together among people who love nature or enjoy sports.

Our location is on the site of an old campsite, which we have rethought to offer guests the best possible experience. There are Tiny Houses and small spaces for holiday guests.

The famous Harzer Hexenstieg trail passes by the valley and there is also a large bathing lake nearby.

The campsite is leased out.
