Fontanehaus Schiffmühle

The small museum with its farm garden and café invites you to linger - families, cyclists, nature lovers and, of course, culture lovers are all welcome to take a break here: With coffee and cake, on the playground, in the pavilion and small farm garden - and of course with lots of Fontane.

There is hardly a better place to linger than the Fontanehaus Schiffmühle with its old garden: The house is idyllically situated between the leisurely flowing Old Oder and the steeply rising slopes of Neuenhagen Island. The name of the place goes back to a ship mill that no longer exists today and was driven by the river, which used to flow much more strongly.

Our house has a small museum and a beautiful outdoor area with play facilities for children. For events we have a pavilion under which 40 guests can be seated. The pavilion has a field oven, grill and pizza oven. A drinks fridge and a coffee machine are also available.

In addition, it would be possible to book a mobile bar, TV and technical equipment through us.

We generally recommend holding events between April and October.
