The neoclassical building on Luisenstraße was created according to a design by Ludwig Ferdinand Hesse. Completed in 1840, it served as the teaching facility for the first Prussian veterinary school. The entire building has been meticulously restored. The ballroom on the second floor accommodates events, ceremonial lectures, conferences, summer schools, and evaluations of graduate programs.
