Plenty of space on the ground floor and retreat possibilities on the upper floor. There is also a 10 metre long balcony upstairs with a large seating and lounging area and a sweeping view of the city. In the courtyard there is a barbecue area, seating and a car park. And in front of the house there is a slowly growing garden where you can enjoy the sun in a deckchair or at a table. Around the corner there is a lovely, very quiet playground with table tennis, volleyball, badminton net, basketball hoop (rackets/balls available) and of course children's attractions.
