With a lot of love and a sense of origin and flavour, we want to show you how diverse and exciting North German cuisine can be. Sweet apples, pears and plums from the neighbouring fruit farm in the Altes Land, fresh fish from the North Sea and good meat from the Holstein pastures. Only fresh produce is served here.
