At Fang & Feld, our chef Cameron White serves fresh catch and regional specialities in a casual atmosphere, honestly and with North German charm. Feel at home, look forward to uncomplicated hospitality and convince yourself of our seasonal regional product range - down-to-earth and without a lot of frills. With a lot of love and a sense of origin and flavour, we want to show you how diverse and exciting North German cuisine can be. Sweet apples, pears and plums from the neighbouring fruit farm in the Altes Land, fresh fish from the North Sea and good meat from the Holstein pastures. Only fresh produce is served here.
In a modern bistro style, in a homely atmosphere, delicious moments are guaranteed, because here Hanseatic joie de vivre is eaten with spoons. With this in mind: "Goden Aptiet!". The Fang & Feld can be hired exclusively or partially for company events, incentives or Christmas parties.
