Bumblebee, bumblebee! Whether popular actress and Hamburg veteran Heidi Kabel greeted us in typical Hamburg style when she christened the MS Hanseatic in 1995, we no longer know for sure. What is certain, however, is that the passenger ship immerses its passengers in the fascinating flair of the Hanseatic city with all its traditions and attractions, both yesterday and today. This Hanseatic spirit can also be found on board: elegant mahogany and brass furnishings and wine-red upholstered furniture ensure a cosy atmosphere inside, even when there is a stiff breeze outside. If you would like to savour a taste of this in between, you can reach our large open-air deck via a few steps. We can lay out the red carpet for up to 230 people and arrange the tables and chairs in the saloon as you wish. On the Hanseatic you will, of course, find a kitchen, bar, dance floor, music and voice system, cloakrooms and sanitary facilities.
