In 2000, the EXPOWAL was the landmark of the World Exposition in Hanover. With its light-flooded and all-round glazed surfaces, the building also impresses almost two decades later.
On more than 1,800 sqm there are two levels and an open gallery - for very special event moments!
In the reception area you and your guests will be greeted with a beautiful view of the neighbouring lake. In addition, there is a modern LED bar, which can be illuminated in a variety of colours and has a personal lettering for you and your guests.
The main event hall has floor reinforcements at various points to allow flexible design of the event area - from stage to seating.
With an area of 350 m² and space for up to 190 people, the in-house auditorium is ideal for cinema screenings, readings or presentations. In combination with the covered amphitheatre, space can be created for a further 350 guests. The conference room, the production office or one of three other rooms can also be used as a backstage or individual artist area.

A special highlight when the weather is fine is the terrace with its unique lake view, which offers the ideal setting for barbecues or receptions.
