Ideally located in the trendy Flingern district, in the centre of the city and close to public transport, we offer the perfect setting for an individual meeting or business event. Convertible space with industrial chic

The convertible space of the exc studio impresses with its understated black and white design and can be customised to suit various types of event. Situated in a quiet backyard, the studio offers an undisturbed atmosphere, which is emphasised by the special furnishings and design. The modern and industrial design with marble elements, high curtains, concrete floor and a three-metre-long counter creates an inclusive and barrier-free space for visitors. The ability to divide the space with a roller shutter allows people to work in smaller, separate groups and create a relaxed, urban conference and networking atmosphere.

Glamorous bar area and professional sound system

A separate bar area with a silver curtain, extravagant mirror, elegant marble surfaces and selected floristry offers additional options for separate meetings, smaller working groups or a quiet zone. A professional sound system with DJ equipment can be optionally booked in the mirrored booth to provide a stylish acoustic backdrop for evening events.
