In the Creativespace on the first floor you can get fresh ideas, while in the Hyperspace on the second floor you can come together as hybrid teams.

What sustainability initiatives does the venue implement?
For the wohngemeinschaft, sustainability has been an integral part of our decision-making from the very beginning. Long before the term "greenwashing" was known, we consciously favoured renewable energies and breathed new life into old objects, long before vintage became cool. Nevertheless, we are aware that there is still room for improvement in our company. That's why we have the city of Cologne on our side as a strong partner for our multi-faceted hospitality business and have set ourselves the ambitious goal of being climate-positive by 2027. This means that we are not only neutral, but that we actively contribute to doing something for the climate. We want to run our company and our activities in such a way that we have a positive impact on the climate.
