What sustainability initiatives does the venue implement?
We source our wines from small producers, most of whom we know personally. Our winegrowers all share our vision of sustainability and work in an environmentally friendly manner and in harmony with nature. They also avoid or do without the use of chemicals and focus on unfiltered wines without additives.
