Deutsches Fußballmuseum

Since its opening in October 2015, the modern architecture of the German Football Museum has shaped the Dortmund cityscape in the immediate vicinity of the main railway station. The inviting forecourt, which can be used as an event and promotion area, is located where thousands of commuters stream towards the city centre every day. The museum's LED façade attracts attention even from afar. It offers the opportunity to greet event guests individually and to present advertising messages.

The spacious, light-flooded foyer functions as a meeting point for visitors and event guests and is the hub to the various museum areas. Behind the reception counter, the multifunctional arena opens up - the largest event area in the building. An escalator leads up to the 2nd floor to the starting point of the exhibition.
