Altes Standesamt im ehemaligen Torhaus

The former gatehouse, completed in 1829, is now the Altes Standesamt. The location is better known to many Dresdeners as the "old registry office", because the Dresden registry office was located here from 1945 to 1994. Many Dresden marriages were made here.

After extensive renovation and conversion into a highly modern club-style event location, it has been possible to celebrate in an upscale ambience since 2016.

Whether in a loungey club atmosphere or with classic banquet seating, the possibilities here are extremely varied and leave almost no wish unfulfilled.

The club registry office is equipped with an ultra-modern sound system. A total of just under 35,000 watts from Yamaha active speakers suitable for concerts leave nothing to be desired in terms of sound reinforcement. Either the whole house can be used as a single unit or the ground floor and basement can be used separately. On the main floor, the DJ can stand almost anywhere or a band with up to 32 audio-in channels can be mixed directly into the system via a stagebox. The lounge in the basement is also equipped with a DJ desk, which is located directly in the bar and of course has an extra mixing desk. On the mainfloor, a 3.20m by 1.92m LED wall offers the possibility to present pictures, videos, films or PowerPoint presentations. In the lounge in the basement there is a large monitor behind a wall covering and can also be used for all presentation purposes. The whole building is equipped with stage-suitable LED lighting, which is software-controlled and leaves nothing to be desired. From atmospheric basic lighting to moving light for stage or party, there are no limits to your ideas. If you wish, we can even program a light show created especially for you.
