Central Erfurt - more than just a club.
With the Central in Erfurt, the former Centrum Club Erfurt, which is well-known in the club scene, has become a location for more in 2019. With 1,300 square metres of indoor space and 5,000 square metres of outdoor space, we can host all kinds of events. Concerts, corporate events, DJ events and conferences are our daily business. The interior reflects the history of this former industrial hall.
We can organise almost anything for you from A to Z. Our in-house catering can cater for up to 1,200 guests.
The Mainhall has room for around 1,500 standing guests or 500 seated guests for parliamentary seating. For gala seating with a gallery, it offers space for around 450 guests.
The dance hall in the east wing is ideal as a lecture room, dance temple or external buffet room.
The "ChinChin" club in the west wing can be hired in conjunction with the Mainhall or independently for around 200 guests. For example, a birthday party or a smaller DJ event.
A separate backstage area with equipped kitchen, shower and WC is available for artists.
Our outdoor area is suitable for festivals (in combination with indoor), garden parties and open-air events for 3,000 people.
The entire location is 100 per cent barrier-free except for the gallery.
Car parking spaces are available.
Rental period is freely negotiable
The most convenient and worry-free way is by taxi.
By car from the B7 / Weimarische Landstraße turn into Azmannsdorfer Weg, drive under the bridge and then immediately turn right up into the street Am Wasserturm.
Take the second option through Kalkreiße, then turn into Azmannsdorfer Weg and before the bridge turn up into the street Am Wasserturm.
By public transport, take tram no. 4 to Ringelberg / Wagenfeldstraße stop and then continue on foot for approx. 10 minutes via Wagenfeldstraße / Geisinger Weg in the direction of the water tower. Bus lines 51 and 52 will take you to Weimarische Landstraße / Azmannsdorfer Weg stop and then it's less than a 10-minute walk to the club.
It takes between 20 and 30 minutes to walk from the railway station. Back, opinions differ widely here ☺
Very easy to reach by bike or scooter. There is plenty of space to park your bike.
