CASALE CIVETTA

Casale Civetta is a special place, immersed in nature, 11 km from the sea of Senigallia and 10 km from the medieval village of Corinaldo.
A clean, breezy and quiet environment, full of artistic works created by me, which make the place personal, familiar, relaxing and spiritual. Nature is certainly a great protagonist of this place, because the panorama over the Marche countryside is truly enchanting.

Trekking and walking in the green surroundings on country roads that weave through the hills, branching off into paths at the edge of hedges, ditches, ploughed or cultivated fields.

Of course there is the sea, 15 minutes away, the mountains, a few kilometres, and dozens of small villages.

Casale Civetta is set in a wooded park with paths for short walks and rest points with stone tables, archery, children's play area, organic vegetable garden and farmyard animals.

Availability of 6 autonomous lodgings with independent entrance from the outside for a total of 30 beds. Flat Barbagianni of 110 square metres, up to 8 beds, very characteristic, with exposed brick walls, fireplace, wood-burning stove. It overlooks the courtyard and has a lovely 30 sq m portico in front. At the back, to the side of the wood-burning oven, a pergola covers a table for eating and cooking outdoors. Inside there are two double bedrooms, , a complete bathroom, a large kitchen and a spacious living room with a fireplace with special rainbow-coloured beams, hi-fi system.
