Work, live and enjoy offsite events where others go on holiday:
On the one hand, living in the midst of nature away from the hustle and bustle of the city, and on the other, utilising the cultural diversity and urban infrastructure of large cities - what sounds impossible is actually offered by the Blütenviertel in Caputh as part of the municipality of Schwielowsee. It combines the advantages of city and country life. You can reach Potsdam and Berlin quickly by public transport. The Blossom Quarter is located between Caputh Castle and Lake Caputh.
With the Blütenviertel, a multifaceted neighbourhood is being created in Caputh, once Einstein's summer idyll, offering a mix of living, working and recreation.
Public transport: Bus directly in front of the house, Schwielowsee railway station just a few minutes' walk away.
Our small 55.07 m² lecture room in home cinema style offers you an extraordinary atmosphere for lectures, films, presentations, workshops and events
We also have a small, cosy coworking area for flexible working, a meeting room (47.5 m² for approx. 10 people) and a communal kitchen

Thanks to the use of renewable energy and a neighbourhood mobility concept, the Blütenviertel is way ahead of its time.
With an intelligently networked and future-proof energy concept, the specially founded energy supplier FlowerPower Energy GmbH guarantees an excellent carbon footprint and low energy costs in the long term. Thanks to the low-tech approach, energy and resources can be saved. The energy concept is based on value creation from heating, cooling, electricity and e-mobility as well as the prioritised use of renewable energy.
With this highly automated supply system, the Blütenviertel neighbourhood will be largely self-sufficient in electricity and heat. For the residents, the operation of the system by the new local energy company will result in considerable cost savings compared to a conventional energy supply.
Rent can be extended beyond the indicated period upon mutual agreement.
