With an area of approx. 850 m2 and a capacity of 800 guests, the AVENUE offers a wide range of options for the most diverse requirements of an event location.

The club has two areas, the main floor and an adjoining club room. Due to the divisible rooms, the AVENUE convinces with its high flexibility.

The main floor is equipped with a dance floor, two modern bars, a VIP area with various seating options and a separate accessible smokers' lounge.

Some room elements are freely movable so that lounge areas can also be converted into stages or catering areas. The partition/railing of VIP 2 can be dismantled together with the front lounge furniture. In this way, we can offer you a stage of up to 35 sqm according to your ideas.

A high-quality lighting system by ROOMDIVISION as well as the sound system by VOID are part of the high standard of the technical equipment.

A separate club room, also fully equipped including a bar, sound system and lighting system, allows the location to be used for a wide range of purposes.
