The AUKTIONSHAUS in the middle of the creative Mainz suburbs of Gonsenheim, Neustadt and Mombach captivates with its unique atmosphere and authentic charm. The clear glass light bands in the gable, which run across the entire roof structure, create an unmistakable sense of space.

The industrial character of the former sawmill offers an incomparable setting for any kind of event, whether conference, shooting or product presentation.

On an area of 400 sqm, you will find limitless design possibilities. A highlight is the approximately 100 sqm gallery, which is ideal as a lounge area and from which you can overlook the main room. In addition, there is the 60 sqm outdoor area, which can also be incorporated into the event concept.

In addition to the Auction House, there are three other locations ranging from 150 to 4,400 sqm with capacities from 20 to 2,000 people. At the centre is HALLE 45, located opposite the auction house, which is one of the largest industrial locations in the Rhine-Main region.

Unbound.
In addition to business events, the AUKTIONSHAUS is a dream wedding location with loft character. If you wish, we can design a tailor-made wedding package for you, but you can also plan and commission everything yourself. You are completely free in your choice. The basic equipment already includes a 3x4 metre stage and a basic set-up of lighting and sound technology. And if the summer is particularly kind to us, you can look forward to the venue's air conditioning.

The Auction House can also be booked as an off-location (without furnishings) for film, photo and other creative projects by the day or week.
