The old carpentry workshop at the lake a rustic location with garden access and water access to the lake. Since this object has industrial character, almost every event is possible. Open fireplaces, old historical floorboards, wooden ceilings (4 meters 50 high) invite to a cosy get-together. It is possible to extend the event into the garden. The location is located in the middle of a small town in Berlin's bacon belt and is very easy to reach; 25 minutes by regional train from Ostkreuz, motorway exit or Schönefeld airport are nearby. The rooms consist of a stable of about 15 square meters, an entrance area and a changing room of 40 square meters. An additional area of 50 square metres is possible as a lounge as well as a garden, which can be reached directly from the rooms, with 300 square metres and the corresponding garden terrace
