The MEAT event room has many features and its spaciousness (128 square metres) also makes it possible to work in groups. The room has 70 chairs, a stage, a mobile projector and a loudspeaker system including microphones (2 handheld microphones and up to 8 headset microphones).
In addition, four metaplan walls, 3 analogue whiteboards and two presentation cases with workshop materials are also available.
If required, we can also provide you with two mobile digital whiteboards (Samsung Flip) and up to 6 height-adjustable desks.
We are flexible when it comes to equipping the rooms and can vary the equipment as required.
The room hire includes water from our Quooker bubbler tap and the use of the infrastructure of our café area next door.
We offer self-service on site, i.e. the room is made available to you in our basic set-up with all the materials you require, and we leave the construction of your setting to you. At the end of the booking, you simply hand the room back to us exactly as you found it 😊 It goes without saying that you will also clean and put away used crockery yourself using the dishwashers provided.
I would ask you to factor in the time required for setting up and dismantling when booking.
We do not offer catering, you can contact local providers. Coffee can be obtained from our fully automatic machine, this is charged by tally sheet. You can also order cold drinks from us, which are also charged according to consumption (€2 net per drink).
If you wish, we can also provide you with a brief introduction to the technology, but please note that permanent supervision of the technology is only possible for an additional charge and by prior arrangement. Time must also be scheduled for the briefing.
Rent can be extended beyond the indicated period upon mutual agreement.
