As part of Überseequartier, the building is located in the heart of HafenCity between attractions such as the Elbphilharmonie concert hall, the cruise terminal and the International Maritime Museum. The city center around the town hall and Mönckebergstraße is a good ten-minute walk away. For the way back with the full shopping bags one takes the subway line 4, which stops directly in front of the hotel.

The Hamburg-based Stephen Williams Associates is responsible for the interior design in cooperation with Eventlabs and the freelance creative director Markus Stoll as curator and the interior designer Conni Kotte. The team combines competencies from different fields and is very familiar with the groove of Hamburg.

The first floor with lobby, restaurant and bar combines the wanderlust of the port with a sense of home. Elements from warehouses and container terminals meet a wine cellar atmosphere here. Under the name heimat, the hotel's relaxed restaurant serves classics of German cuisine from the North Sea to the Alps. A casual lounge or vibrant bar, depending on the time of day, the first floor of 25hours Hotel HafenCity aspires to be the neighborhood's living room.

25hours Hotel HafenCity offers contemporary services for the target group of urban nomads. At the top of the list is the harbor sauna. It's not for feel-good spa lovers, but rather for Finnish-style sauna purists. Rough and without frippery, a stiff breeze sometimes blows on the 6th floor, but you definitely have a good view. To cool off, you step right into the outdoor area with a view of the harbor and cruise terminal. For the sauna visit, the hotel guest receives a sauna bag with everything it takes to relax at the reception. Beer, water and fruit are available free of charge in the HafenSauna.

Mobility is also guaranteed on two wheels. In cooperation with SCHINDELHAUER, bicycles are available for the
