Salonschiff Aurora Geesthacht

The somewhat special location! The Aurora Geesthacht saloon boat offers trips on the Elbe from Geesthacht for private parties. Further departures are also possible from Hamburg, Hoopte or Lauenburg for an extra charge! We are also happy to organise a bus shuttle to and from Geesthacht if you would like to start from there, e.g. to the Elbtalaue biosphere reserve.

The ship has a large, bright saloon for events from 30 to 100 people with buffet facilities or dancing. There is also a small conservatory saloon and spacious outdoor decks with partial roofing. Smoking is permitted on the outside decks, but not inside.

The ship is suitable for company events, club and family celebrations.

Weddings can be organised by the Geesthacht registry office on board the ship on Friday and Saturday afternoons.

The sailing area includes the area between Hamburg and Bleckede, as well as the Elbe side canal and part of the Ilmenau!

You can order catering from one of our 3 suppliers or order your own caterer. Our on-board catering offers you a warm service with a large selection of drinks. For special events, a special decoration can also be installed by an event company for an upgrade fee.
